Tyrone Mings has a huge interest in business and offers great insight into the investments side of 4CAST.
A commanding presence for club and country, the England centre back is a trusted leader and his journey to the top of the beautiful game is nothing short of inspirational.
Mings was dealt a cruel blow when he was released by Southampton as a 16-year-old and dropped into non-league with Yate Town.
Then back in school and juggling part-time football with work as a barman and mortgage advisor, the towering defender considered quitting the sport before rediscovering his love for the game at Southern league Division One side Chippenham Town.
After half a dozen games in the eighth tier of English football, Mings was invited for a trial at Ipswich. He called in sick at work to attend and within two minutes of the friendly, first-team manager Mick McCarthy told his staff to sign him.
Mings' first three seasons in professional football saw him win Championship Player of the Month, score his first goal and earn a Premier League move to AFC Bournemouth in 2015.
A severe knee injury on his top-tier debut halted his progress somewhat but he was given the time and support to pick up where he left off on loan at side Aston Villa, helping them win the 2019 Championship play-off final before signing permanently that summer.
Soon England came calling and, after winning his first cap in Bulgaria, Mings made his tournament debut at Euro 2020, playing in all three group games as the Three Lions reached their first final since 1966.
Mings' first England goals came against San Marino and Ivory Coast, but his influence stretches far beyond the pitch. Since becoming a professional footballer he has spent Christmas Day feeding the homeless, given free tickets to struggling fans and paid for new shirts for supporters.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
