Top level cricketers find themselves travelling a lot for work, whether that's international matches or franchise tournaments, so it can be hard to separate the feeling of going away from their day job. However, when they get some down time with family, they have their favourite spots.
On a recent day out at Delta Hotels by Marriott Worsley Park Country Club, Ben Stokes and Jason Roy revealed their go-to destinations.
"Me and my family, any opportunity that we do have, we go to Cape Town," Stokesy said, as part of the conversation with Roy, Matty Potts and JCC.
"It's lovely. [We] Love it. Yeah."
Jason, who was born in South Africa, opted for a different location, somewhere closer to the place he now calls home.
"I think we're so spoiled with Europe. Like, most European places. I love a little city break, especially for a couple of days. Something like that is quite fun for me. I enjoy that."
