We are now into the business end of this year's Indian Premier League and it's Jos Buttler's Gujarat Titans who have maintained their impressive form as we approach the final fixtures.
A strong showing last week has been followed up by two more wins for the Titans, elevating them to second-place in the table, level on 16 points with first place, reigning champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
Buttler contributed 13 runs to the 77-run win over Rajasthan Royals, as well as cutting Jofra Archer's innings short with a catch after five runs. In Gujarat's 82-run victory against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Jos hit seven runs, but made an impressive contribution in attack, helping to get five of the opposition out through catches (four) and stumps (one).
Elsewhere, KL Rahul hit 23 runs in Delhi Capitals' defeat to Kolkata Knight Riders and nine runs in their win over Punjab Kings a few days later.
Gujarat Titans face KKR on Saturday, whilst KL's Delhi and Jofra's Rajasthan meet on Sunday as we close in on finding out who will advance to the knockout stage, with the final at the end of the month now in sight.
