We followed Liam Livingstone for a day of batting training as he prepared for the 2024 Indian Premier League.
Liam talked us through his routine as an elite sportsman, demonstrated what individual training looks like at this stage in his preparations and took part in a series of batting challenges.
During the day, Liam also reflects on his cricketing life, the journey from his school boy playing days through to becoming an England international and one of the most feared big-hitters in the game.
